What We Do & How We Do It…
First, we evaluate all Community Link customers to determine their needs. Based upon this initial assessment we refer them to our most appropriate program. During this process Community Link identifies and addresses obstacles by providing our customers with solutions that help build self- sufficiency.
Our customized plans include “linking” our customers to:
- Job training
- Educational programs
- Money management & Life skills
- Substance abuse treatment
- Mental health resources
- Other resources
All Community Link services are designed to coach individuals and families to sustain stability in their lives by becoming self-reliant and less dependent on community services. All of these services, beginning with the initial conversations with prospective customers, are managed by experienced Social Work or Housing Counselor professionals.
