Here's How The Program Works
In our Homeless to Housing (or more formally called Casework and Supportive Housing) we're all about helping working homeless (or those at-high-risk for homelessness) individuals and families find and keep rental housing.
First, our dedicated team of Social Workers provide counseling and life skills training, employment assistance, money management and budgeting skills, help with rebuilding credit, and providing linkages to other supportive services.
Second, licensed housing coordinators help identify and secure safe, decent, affordable rental housing, which includes counseling on tenant education and understanding household maintenance.
Our Social Work AND Housing Coordination care is the formula that we’ve found best helps families maintain or increase their income to find and keep their housing.
