Formation of New Corporate Entity

Community Link, the Charlotte based non-profit organization that enables working homeless individuals and families in the Carolinas to obtain and sustain safe, decent and affordable housing, is pleased to announce the formation of Community Link Homeownership, LLC.
Floyd Davis, Community Link president and CEO says that, “More than 60% of customers referred to us do not have a realtor to represent them. The creation of this new corporation enhances Community Link’s services and provides our customers with the choice to use their own realtor or one that we now can provide”. “Community Link continues to welcome referrals from all realtors and financial institutions. Monica Nathan, our vice president of housing services, home ownership counseling & educational programs, is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker. Her time will be divided working for both Community Link and the new LLC,” Davis says.
Last month the organization announced that Nadya Volny had joined the staff of Community Link Homeownership, LLC, as it’s first buyers’ (real estate) agent.
