Audit Committee Charter

Purpose
The Audit Committee is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. Its primary function is to assist the board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing the audited financial information, which will be provided to the specific legislative or regulatory bodies, federal awarding agencies and others deemed appropriate, the systems of internal controls, which Management and the Board of Directors have established, and the audit process. In doing so, it is the responsibility of the Audit Committee to provide an open avenue of communication between the Board of Directors, Management, employees, and the independent auditors.
Development Committee Charter

Purpose
The Development Committee (the “Committee”) is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. Its primary function is to assist the Board in developing and implementing events that contribute positive cash flow and strengthen the Community Link “brand”.
Executive Committee Charter
Barbara Bernhardt, Chair
Purpose
The Executive Committee (the “Committee”) is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. The Committee shall provide oversight and leadership to the Community Link Board of Directors and to act in their stead when necessary and appropriate.
Finance Committee Charter

Purpose
The Finance Committee (the “Committee”) is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. Its primary function is to assist the board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to the agency’s financial matters.
Home Ownership Management Committee
Michael Rash, Chair
Purpose
The Community Link Homeownership Management Committee (the “Committee”) shall oversee the governance and operations of Community Link Homeownership, LLC as set forth in the Operating Agreement.
Human Resources Committee Charter

Purpose
The Human Resources Committee (the “Committee”) is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. Its primary function is to furnish counsel and support to the Board Chair and CEO of Community Link regarding Human Resources issues and to provide fair and equitable advocacy for the employees of Community Link; to give advice, support, and review for the development, implementation, and interpretation of Human Resource policies and practices consistent with governing employment law and leading edge protocols; and to aid the organization with all matters related to talent management.
Marketing Committee Charter

Purpose
The Marketing Committee (the “Committee”) is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. Its primary function is to provide marketing guidance, assistance and services to the organization and advise the Board on all issues related to the Community Link “brand” and its identity.
Nominating Committee Charter
Leonard Jones, Chair
Purpose
The Nominating Committee (the “Committee”) shall be responsible for recommending candidates to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors and the offices of the corporation. The Committee shall be responsible for orientation and ongoing education of the Board of Directors.
Strategic Planning Committee

Purpose
The Strategic Planning Committee (“the Committee”) is a committee of the Community Link Board of Directors. Its primary function is to assist the Board Chair and President in long-range planning, and recommend changes to and implementation of corporate goals and objectives. The Committee shall also monitor the effectiveness of agency programs.
